Whether you are a complete beginner looking to learn the game, or trying something new to get fit and make new friends or even an experienced player looking to play social football then the Beginners Academy is the place to be. 

No matter what your level of experience in football, we offer a fun, friendly and positive environment to play in, with a real sense of community amongst everyone who attends any of our sessions. 

Our aim is to introduce the game to as many women as possible, no matter what your level of experience is and aim to help all players improve. 

For Beginners or those looking for casual football;

- No Commitment is required
- You can take the session at your own pace
- Sessions are designed for beginners 
- Regular Socials including an Awards Night
- Beginner's Midweek League
- Progression available

For those looking for a competitive team to play for

- We have 4 eleven side teams who play in Saturday league football
- Technical training sessions
- Midweek training available for some of our teams
- Goalkeeping coaching available. 
- Regular Socials including an Awards Night
- MIdweek football (football all year round) 


The Ladies Football Academy is a great way to meet new people, getting fit and having a kick around with a group of ladies who attend to enjoy the game. 


Our sessions

8.00am to 10.15am session (LEAGUE TEAM TRAINING - LFA Clapham, LFA Galaxy and LFA Hotshots)
The 8.00am sessions are by invite only and focuses on both theory and practical work for LFA Clapham, LFA Galaxy and LFA Hotshots.

10.00am to 11.30am session (BEGINNERS)
There's ball drills, fitness work (core and cardio), small sided matches. 

11.10amto 12.45pm session (LEAGUE TEAM TRAINING - LFA United)
This session is for LFA United and is by invite only. These are technical based sessions with theory work and intensive fitness and ball drills. 

Even if you have not been to a session for months, its easy to get back into football at the Ladies Football Academy.
